On Test: 12.1.3 version, iStore Pending Returns- Need proper Error Messaging while submitting return
Go to Pending Returns. When you click on Submit Returns we receive an error message. The Error message doesn't help identify problem line number as it displays Line_id.
Error message doesn’t state which Line or which Part Number or Order Number is having issue. Displaying the line_id doesn’t help because it’s not on the screen
Error in Line: OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL42239852 :Quantity cannot be greater than original ordered quantity
Error in Line: OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL42248819 :Quantity cannot be greater than original ordered quantity.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a iStore User
2. Click Orders Link
3. Click on Returns link
4. Click on Pending Return button
5. Click on Submit Return
6. Error message showing order line id which is not indicating which line and part number to correct the same
