On : 12.1.3 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema
When attempting to create / submit a charge line the following error occurs.
Error:This item(&item_name) is not Installed Base Trackable. For an item to be lB Trackable, the “Comms_nl_trackable_flag” needs to be set to “Y’ for the combination of Inventory item (&item_id) and Inventory Master Organization ID (&org_id) passed. Please check the item definition.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Service
2. (Nav) Service Request > Create Service Request
3. Search a particular Service request
Create a new Charge line with an non-Installed Base item.
Save and submit the charge line
