Symptoms

When attempting to create / submit a charge line the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
This item (&item_name) is not Installed Base Trackable.
For an item to be lB Trackable, the “Comms_nl_trackable_flag” needs to be set to “Y’ for the combination of Inventory item (&item_id) and Inventory Master Organization ID (&org_id) passed.
Please check the item definition.


STEPS
-----------------------
(R) Service
(N) Service Request > Create Service Request
 - Search a particular Service Request
 - Create a new Charge line with an non-Installed Base item.
 - Save and submit the charge line
