Can not complete Quality Results on WIP Completion in Depot Repair.

    Quality results entry in the following collection plan / plans are mandatory.
    Please enter the quality results before re-submitting the transaction.
       Quality Collection Plan: 123_DISCRETE_DHR_COMPLETIONS,
       Quality Collection Plan: 321_DEPOT_DHR_COMPLETIONS

Steps:

1. Create Depot Repair Work Order
2. Complete job in Depot Repair Workbench in the HTML form
=> A mandatory Quality Plan is required

 All of the information is completed, but it will not let users continue and say that all inspection points are not met.

What is Working:

WIP completion works fine in Java Forms. The required QA plan works fine.
