ORA-01017

Symptoms

 After changing the database parameter sec_case_sensitive_logon to TRUE the program, GLDRMLDR module: Load Segment Values and Hierarchies is now failing with the following error that is seen in the log file:

-- 1 hierarchies to export
-- Running DRM version export...
-- Unexpected Error -> oracle.apps.gl.drm.ws.DrmWSException: DRM-23081: Export was unable to run due to the following error: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Prior to changing the parameter sec_case_sensitive_logon to TRUE the program ran without this error.
Setting this parameter value to FALSE will allow the program to run without the error.

Changes

 Changing the database parameter sec_case_sensitive_logon to TRUE.
