Performance Issue:  Labor schedule entry delay after entering project number

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation : In LD Super User > Labor Schedules: Click on Labor Schedules & Query "any user" > Click on Schedule Lines
2. Try to Create New PTA details
3. Experience a performance issue after entering the project
