Resizing Of Images In Message Component Is Not Working As Expected For Emails Sent (Doc ID 2405838.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the email composing page, inserted the image in the email body and re-sized the image and send the email. But in the recipient email client, the resize image is not reflected as it is. The image is showing bigger.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The resized image in the email body sent from email center should reflect as it is in the mail received in the recipient email client.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to (R) Email Center Agent Console Responsibility -> Messages -> My Inbox.
2. Click on "Compose new message" button.
3. Click on Insert Image icon and insert the image.
4. Resize Image in the message text.
5. Send Email and review in recipient’s email client.

The image is showing in large size and the re-size didn't reflect in recipient’s email client.
