How To Delete Email Stuck In My Inbox In Universal Work Queue (Doc ID 2405865.1)

How can we delete email from 'My Inbox' sub-node under 'Media' Node in UWQ form?. When trying to view the email from UWQ, system is throwing message.

Error - javax.mail.MessagingException: EMCMessageStore.getMessage() failed; nested exception is: oracle.apps.jtf.base.resources.FrameworkException: You are attempting to access an account for which you are not configured. Verify that your user has been associated to this account. If you feel that you have received this message in error, contact your administrator.
