Work In Process (WIP) Mass Load Program Fails (Doc ID 2405880.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create discrete jobs via the WIP Mass Load, the following error occurs.

ERROR

WICMLP module: WIP Mass Load

Calling PL/SQL API for processing discrete records
wilmlx.ppc: Unexpected error occured in wip_massload_pub.massLoadJobs API
Error msg:  

Done with processing discrete records. Starting repetitive processing....
Done with processing discrete records. Starting repetitive processing....
0 pending request(s) found for group_id 121212 for repetitive processing
Exiting Mass Load 1


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Release many rows into WIP_JOB_SCHEDULE_INTERFACE from Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Planner's Workbench or Autocreate Final Assembly (AFAS)
2. WIP Mass Load (WICMLP module) is automatically launched.

 

FYI: The Profile MRP: Debug Mode must be enabled to see the error message
