Facing Character Set Error When Using Isetup to migrate data : Target DBCharset does not match with central DBCharset (Doc ID 2405891.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version

When trying to move the setup data from an older environment to the newly one using isetup, getting below error in iSetup migration:
