R12: OKEKAUWB: Articles Tab Error Messages When Trying To Attach To An Article At The Line Level (Doc ID 2405954.1)

Symptoms

In the Contract Authoring Workbench (Articles tab), when a user selects the attachment paperclip the following behavior is encountered:

DEBUG: Attachment_entity_rg still not found

Click OK and the following note appears:
DEBUG: Attachment_entity_rg not found in mark_rows

Click OK and the following error appears:

An Unexpected Error -1403 has occurred. An alert has been
sent to the system administrator.
ORA-01403: no data found

Click OK

The system spins for a minute then data is filled out in the form and the note:
DEBUG: Attachment_entity_rg not found in get_protection

Click OK then another note appears:
DEBUG: Attachment_entity_rg not found in get_protection

Click on the Source tab and many attachments appear
