Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that some employees are generating Form 1095Cs for a GRE that they no longer have active employment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that 1095C data should not generate for assignments which have been terminated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request.
3. Submit Request Name "Benefits ACA Archive Process" for the Organization in question:
Year: <specify reporting year>
GRE: GRE1
Validate:Commit
4. Navigate to Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Employee Archive Data.
5. Search using the following parameters:
Year: <specify reporting year>
GRE: GRE1
Person Name: query the employee with an active assignment associated with GRE2

Data is returned.
