Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, OTL retrieval process

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OTL timecard 'Transferred to' column shows as "NONE" instead if "PROJECTS" even after the data is transferred to Projects.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Transferred to' column of timecard should show "PROJECTS"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit and approve timecard
2. Run PRC: transaction Import
3. Verify that the 'Transferred To' columns shows None though the timecard was transferred to Projects
