On : 12.2.3 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Format_mask Property is Not working in Form Personalization. Trying to create
the form personalization to display 4 characters after the decimal point(.) in the
sales order line unit selling price. For that i am using FM999,990.0000 which
is working in backend plsql but its not working in form personalization level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the personalization form to display 4 characters after the decimal point(.)
as it does when using the backend plsql.

STEPS
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Forms Personalizatons (Sales Order)
3. ONT_OEXOEORD > Set Condition
  Line Unit Selling Price Decimal Rounding to 4
4. ONT_OEXOEORD > Set Action
  FORMAT_MASK > FM999,990.0000
