E-Business Suite 12.2 Workflow, Workflow Mailer Inbound Processing related issues




Oracle EBS R12 workflow mails are getting stuck in inbox, the mails are not moving to processed or discard folder.

The following error is received when the issue occur:

Unable to move message {null} -> javax.mail.StoreClosedException: failed to create new store connection
