Payroll Stat And Monetary Amounts Are Not Presented In The Same Journal Entry (Doc ID 2406659.1)

Last updated on JUNE 04, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Payroll - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Statistical and monetary amount that comes from Oracle Payroll are not presented in the same journal entry line.

For example:

The 'Create Accounting' program created two journal entries with different currencies (CAD and STAT). The profile option 'Journals: Mix Statistical and Monetary' is set to Yes and the statistical units of measure (UOM) are defined in GL. There are 2 journals created - one for CAD currency and one for STAT currency. In the CAD journal, the UOM (Hours) for the statistical portion is present, but the Qty field (STAT_AMOUNT) is blank. This should contain the costed amount of the Hours coming from payroll. From the payroll side, Accounting Attribute for Event Class 'Costs' has been updated to include 'Statistical Amount', with Source = Cost Amount, but this did not resolve the issue.
