ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Creating Multiple Items from single item using 'COPY ITEM' failed with attribute groups having lots of UoM and Value set settings.


Error
---------------

1.Copy_UDA_Attributes: Copy API returned with l_return_status, l_msg_data-U,ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
2.Copy_UDA_Attributes with l_return_status, l_err_msg=2,ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
3.EGO_ITEM_USER_ATTRS_CP_PUB.Process_Item_User_Attrs_Data with l_retcode, l_errbuf=2,ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate through Simple Item Search
Search with item 'xxxx'
Select the Item
Now select the Copy Item from the actions
Now Click Go and provide the Input for “Number of Items” as “4”
Provide the Item Numbers for new Items
Click Finish
On Clicking the Request-id , see that it has warning message
Click on View Log. Above mentioned message will be displayed. Even new 4 Items are not created
