Symptoms

User tries to change Depreciation Limit Type from Percent to Amount and set allowed_deprn_limit_amount with negative amount,
FA_DIFF_SIGN_LIMIT is occurred in FA_ADJUSTMENT_PUB.do_adjustment.

Example:

  1. APR-17 *** Addition
    Cost : 100000
    YTD depreciation : 0
    Accumulated depreciation : 0
    Date in Service : 01-APR-2017
    Depreciation method : JP-STL 5YR
    Salvage value : 0
    Depreciation limit amount : 95%


  2. Run FA_ADJUSTMENT_PUB.do_adjustment.
    Set allowed_deprn_limit_amount with -10.

    FA_DIFF_SIGN_LIMIT is occurred.
