On : 12.2.3 version, Quality Management Samples

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to complete Receiving Inspection for PO and Line, for Item and Receipt as during the Inspecting , the quantity shows as zero as well as Sample Disposition and Inspection result showing as blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Collection plan should show the actual quantity of as well as a Disposition of 4A and an Inspection result of Accept




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup
In OPM Quality, optionally set up an OPM sampling plan for incoming inspection.
In OPM Quality, create an approved item specification and a supplier specification validity rule associated with the sampling plan.
In Oracle Quality, the profile option QA: PO Inspection set to “Oracle Quality” instead of “Oracle Purchasing”.
In Purchasing Receiving Options, set Receipt Routing to ‘INSPECTION REQUIRED’


1. Create a PO with 2 lines
2. Receive for line 2 quantity of  non zero
3. Create Sample for this PO and receipt for line 2 and take to final disposition of Accept.
4. Go to Receiving Transaction form and find the receipt
5. See line for  non- zero quantity and Click on Inspect
6. See Enter Quality results form with 0 quantity and null disposition




BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the inspection of goods.
