Information in this document applies to any platform.

In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.5 through 12.2.6, some requisitions are having extra (non-related) attachments on the requisition header.

There are numerous cases of requisition notifications /emails being sent to users with extra attachments on them. Our users have to catch them and manually delete them every time.

Example email shows two attachments coming from some purchase order. Sometimes the extra attachments are even across operating units.

Action Required: Purchase Requisition ####### for XXXXX, XXXXXXX (######### USD)
Notification ID #######

Attachments to the notification that are "wanted":
- Notification Detail.html
- Some PDF files which were correctly attached

Attachments to the notification that are "unwanted":
- POSF.xlsm
- PO_xxxxxxx.pdf
- Undefined.txt (281 B)
- Undefined.txt (509 B)
- Undefined.txt (278 B)
- Undefined.txt (278 B)

All the undefined attachments are miscellaneous notes coming from somewhere.

The steps to reproduce the issue are not quite known, as the issue is not reproducible at will.
Due to this issue, users have to manually delete the unwanted attachments when they are noticed to exist on the affected requisitions.
