PDF Version Of Blanket Agreement Shows As Attachment When Uploading Contract Terms

In Oracle iSupplier Portal and Oracle Purchasing, Release 12.2
Global Agreements which have uploaded contract terms are also showing the Printed PO PDF as an attachment.
It is expected that only the uploaded contract attachment should be displayed.
Due to this issue, the PDF attachment is being shown - it is expected it should not.
The users are able to login and access the application - this is working.
Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global Blanket Agreement is created.
2. Contract file word document is uploaded using add contract terms
3. Agreement is approved, printed.
4. iSupplier login - choose the blanket
5. See that there are two attachments - the contract terms file and also the
PO output PDF file.
Only the contract terms file should be displayed.
If creating a global agreement - and no contract terms file is uploaded as an attachment - the pdf attachment will not show. This is correct. The PO PDF
only shows if contract terms are uploaded as an attachment. Essentially, the PDF is showing if there is another header level attachment present.
Should the global blanket agreement also be showing the Printed PO PDF as an attachment in this case?
