Quality Collection Workbench has issues while adding and/or updating records. When click on Add Data or Update Data option the next page shows error.

ERROR

When clicking on error detail link, which produces error stack and the following error

java.lang.ClassCastException: oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.OAAttachmentImageBean cannot be cast to oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.beans.table.OAColumnGroupBean

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to QA Workbench and query up desired collection plan.
2. Add and/or update data
3. Receive error: You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance
