Steps To Reproduce
1. Go to Agent Dashboard>>navigate to Resolution and Wrap up>>select task type from list of values >> Click Go and Apply>>Error page comes up
The error indicates
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: Initialization failed
