Prospective Supplier Link from Assessment Causes Nullpointerexception (Doc ID 2408627.1)

Symptoms

On  12.1.3 when attempting to navigate back from a Prospective Supplier Registration request which was accessed from the assessment response, the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Registration Request from worklist
2. View / Edit Registration Request > Go to Detail
3. Analyze by Response > Go
4. Click 'Return to Analyze by Response (Assessment ####) > Click ' Return to Assessment: #### > Return to Suppliers
5. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Return to Suppliers from the Assessment page
