R12.1 and later: Assets Showing Different Amounts From YTD Depreciation And Accumulated Depreciation (Doc ID 2408731.1)

Symptoms

When an asset is added, then transferred to more than 1 new distribution and then adjusted all in the period of addition, the new distributions do not have correct data for the YTD amount.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an asset with 1 unit.
2. Transfer the unit into 3 new distributions
3. Adjust the asset.
4. When depreciation is run, FA_DEPRN_DETAIL.YTD_DEPRN is not correct for the distributions.
