EAM Employee Assigned To Resource Does Not Display In EAM Self Service

After adding a resource, the employee does not show up when creating work orders in Self Service.


The added resource should be visible for selection in EAM Self Service.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enterprise Asset Management > Setup > Routing > Standard Operations (or Setup Standard Operations)
2. Create standard Operation and add Resource on it.
3. Create Work Order in Maintenance Super User > Work Orders > Create Work Order (button) > Create Work Order Page.
