Login Fails With Error "Failure of Web Server bridge" (Doc ID 2408793.1)

On : 2.2.7 version, OID SSO Technologies

When attempting to login to Oracle E-Business Suite with SSO, the Login Page does not show and the following error is displayed:

Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register OAM and OID
2. Launch SSO URL
3. Receive error "Failure of Web Server bridge".
