Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Trying to add subordinate division 'New Organization ' under Organization 'Existing Organization' in hierarchy 'Current Organization Hierarchy', but LOV is not showing any value.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new organization will be available to be added to the Organization Hierarchy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Organization hierarchy
2. Add a new organization
3. LOV is empty.
