Actual Behavior
Line status is INVOICED but no workflow exist at line level even though the status of the line still open.
OE_ORDER_LINES (LIN) LINE LINE_ID DELIVERY DETAIL FLOW CODE OP BK
1.1 xxxxxx NULL INVOICED Y Y

Expected Behavior
The workflow shall existing for these Lines.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Data corruption issue, can not be reproduced.
