When user is attempting to perform Delivery,the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Inter Org Transfer Shipment
2. Create Receipt for the same.
3. Try to perform Delivery and Save.
4. Check Receiving Transaction Processor (RTP) program log.
