Symptoms
Appointment Setup/Resource definition is created in the Location Definition. Standing appointments are also defined for the carrier
2 Shipments are planned and they show up in the appointment finder.
When a appointment is scheduled for shipment 1, its creating a standing appointment (as expected)
When the appointment is scheduled for second shipment, its not taking the next standing appointment
