On : 12.1.3 version, GST

When attempting to add the Reporting Code value in 3rd Party Registration Form,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->Oracle Financials for India.
2. Party Registrations -> Third Party Registrations
3. Query the 3rd Party Registration details of a Supplier.
4. Try to enter the value of Reporting code details.

Observe the error message.
