On : 12.2.6 version, Dispatch Center- Production Clone UAT instance

Dispatch Center - View technician location on Map - Unresolved

Technician should not be shown under Unresolved Tab

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged into EBS
2. Navigated to Field Service Manager, Vision Operations
3.Clicked on Dispatch Center
4.Dispatch Center Form: Tools1-> View all territory tasks and technician location on Map > Showing one technician under unresolved tab
5.Clicked on Technician name in plan board and view technician location on Map, able to see the technician (though tech appears under unresolved tab).
