Mails are not received when using 'Delivery Option' while submitting a concurrent request

Mails should be received when using 'Delivery Option' while submitting concurrent request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a concurrent request with 'Delivery Option' functionality set
2. Check if the e-mail set in E-Business Suite application is set to the e-mail used in 'Delivery Option'
