2050 Date Values Revert To 1950 On The Contract Coverage Form (Doc ID 2409810.1)

When creating Service Contracts with effectivity greater than 2049, the Business Process Start and End Dates revert to 1950's on the Coverage form.

The Business Process Start and End Dates should remain in the 2050's and not change to the 1950's.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service contract with an effectivity of 1-Jan-2050 to 31-Dec-2050.
2. Add a Service Line.
3. Add a subline.
4. Save the data.
5. Navigate to the Contract Coverage.
6. Note that the Business Process Start and End Dates are 1-Jan-1950 to 31-Dec-1050.
