Selected Pay Sum Field Is Disabled On Opening Of Self Printed Payment Summary Page (Doc ID 2409935.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The List of Values (LOV) for the Payment Summary Year on Self-Serve Human Resources (SSHR) is automatically populated, but the field to select is gray and it is impossible to choose payment summary.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the ability to change the LOV for the Payment Summary Year.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee SS to Payment Summaries
2. See year is automatically populated with 2016/2017, the choice to change is grayed out
3. User must do a workaround > change the year to some other value and then back to 2016/2017. The field Selected Payment Summary is then enabled.
