"Accrual Reconciliation Load Run" is having performance issues. After running long time, the request ends with the following error on the log file:

EXCEPTION OTHERS in Upgrade_old_data :10 - ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 395 with name "_SYSSMU395_2408821444$" too small

Upgrade_old_data API fails with
x_msg_count = 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Accrual Reconciliation Load Run
2. Wait until it completes and see error on log file
