MES WIP Issue Is Not Using User Specified UOM (Doc ID 2410019.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting WIP issue for lot controlled item on MES page, user changes UOM, e.g from LB to G.
Its data get proceeded correctly to MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS, but not to MTL_TRANSACTION_LOT_NUMBERS.
It causes wrong onhand quantity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
WIP transaction is proceeded by user specified UOM.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. UOM Conversion is set as below:
    Pound = 16 x OUNCE
    GRAM = .0352726 x OUNCE
  2. Execute Miscellaneous Receipt for 113.6 LB.
  3. Perform a WIP Issue transaction using MES page for 113.6 G. (It is secondaly UOM.)
  4. Review Tables.
    • MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS
      TRANSACTION_QUANTITY = -113.6
      TRANSACTION_UOM =G
      PRIMARY_QUANTITY = -0.25045
    • MTL_TRANSACTION_LOT_NUMBERS
      TRANSACTION_QUANTITY = -113.6
      TRANSACTION_UOM =G
      PRIMARY_QUANTITY = -113.6
  5. Review On-hand Quantity
    On Hand get 0 after doing a WIP Issue transaction for 113.6 G. However it should be 113.6 -0.25045 (LB).
