ITM Adapter Startup Error: SSL handshake failed: SSLSessionNotFoundErr (Doc ID 2410219.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Intl Trade Mgmt Integration

When attempting to start up ITM Adapter,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

  javax.net.ssl.SSLException: SSL handshake failed: SSLSessionNotFoundErr


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start up ITM adapter
2. Above error occurs and can be seen in the ITM adapter log files

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot start up the ITM Adapter. This means that they cannot send Export orders to GTM; which means that they cannot process export orders, or risk millions of dollars in fines for exporting prohibited items.
