R12: Unprocessed XLA events created from clicking Undo Accounting on posted expenditure item (Doc ID 2410408.1)

Expenditure item has been created and successfully Accounted and Posted in GL.

User has clicked Undo Accounting button (twice) and created additional XLA events.

This has resulted in the transaction being processed 3 times in GL, but the reversing events have no entries in xla_ae_headers and xla_ae_lines and are not posted to GL
The records in xla_events have event_status_code = 'N' and upg_batch_id = -9999

There are 2 Manual events showing on the Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report
