Oracle Event based alerts are not firing for POS_ADDRESS_REQUESTS and POS_CONTACT_REQUESTS tables

The alerts should be firing for these tables

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Oracle Alerts from Alert Manager Responsibility > Alert > Define
2. Setup Alert Query, Action set details, and alert details
3. Log into supplier administration > Company Profile > Address book and make a change.
4. Apply change. Alert is not triggered.
