IProcurement Is Not Showing The Supplier From Global Sourcing Rules on Shopping Page (Doc ID 2410421.1)

On :  12.2.7 version, Requisition Creation

iProcurement is not showing the supplier from Global sourcing rules on shopping page
when searching on an item.  The Global sourcing rules are defigned and are assigned
to the item in MRP Sourcing Rule assignment set.

This works fine in release 11i with the same setups in R12.2 the reported behavior occurs

Expect the item to show as sourced to the supplier when searched

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sourcing Rule (MO)
          Name: SERVICE PARTNER   x All Orgs     x Planning Active
Effective Date:  From:  17-SEP-2017
Shipping Organization:
Type: Buy From   Supplier: SERVICE PARTNERS  Allocation 100% Rank 1

2. Sourcing Rule/Bill of Distribution Assignments
Assignment Set:  Default
Description  Default Sourcing Rule Assignment for Masco
Assigned To   Item/Category   Type               Sourcing Rule/BoD
Item              INS500            Sourcing Rule   SERVICE PARTN..

3. System Profile Values
Profile Option Name                               Site
MRP:ATP Assignment Set                      NULL
MRP:Default Sourcing Assignment Set   Default

4. iProcurement > Shop > Search: Some Store > Item INS500

5. When we search for the item in iprocurement, system shows as:
  This item is internally stocked. Click here to select a source.

6. When we click on Click here to select a source.: system is not displaying the supplier from sourcing rule
