Approvals On Other Professional Qualification Are Not Working (Doc ID 2410555.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

After configuring Self Service approval process on Qualification, the system doesn't send any approvals and record gets updated in HRMS. 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Employee self service

  2. Professional Details > Other Professional Qualifications
     
  3.  Enter all the required field> Click on apply , Notification is not going for approval
