Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When accessing to Manage Assignment set and Clicking the icon "Create Static and Set and Update" and clicking the button "create", the following error occurs

Contact your system administrator to grant access to the responsibility you are using.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access to Manage Assignment set
  2. Search assignment set
  3. Click the icon "Create Static and Set and Update" and click the button "create"
  4. The above error occurs
