On : 12.1 / 12.2.4 version, API
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
iby_fndcpt_setup_pub.update_debit_authorization the legal entity name is sometimes removed.
When API iby_fndcpt_setup_pub.update_debit_authorization is used to update debit authorization.
In case an existing mandate is updated the legal entity name is NULL for the newly created mandate(after update) this is the case when the creditor legal
entity is NOT changed.
But creditor legal entity name is populated for the newly created mandate(after update) when the legal entity of the amendment is different
than legal entity of the existing mandate.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. use API iby_fndcpt_setup_pub to update debit authorization to update the mandate.
