FRM-40815 Error Saving New Note for Existing SR (Doc ID 2411877.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Tab

While updating and saving notes on an existing Service Request, the following error occurs.

 error FORM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.NOTES_CANCEL does not exist

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: Order Management Super User
Navigation: Contact Center-> Search Customer and go to Service Requests Tab

1. Select the existing SR and try to enter log using 'Log and Note' button

2. While saving form gives error FORM-40815: Variable GLOBAL.NOTES_CANCEL does not exist
