PAXINRVW Oracle Projects Invoice Review Form Search Performance Issue (Doc ID 2411878.1)

Symptoms

When a specific user is querying for Project Invoices in 'Invoice Review' PAXINRVW form, it is taking 20 or more minutes to fetch the project invoice details.
And at times, the returned lines are from any project even if one project was in query selection.
But with another user like SYSADMIN, it is taking 6 seconds to fetch the details based on the "Operating Unit' & 'Project Number'.

Steps:

  1. Responsibility: Projects Billing
  2. Navigation: Billing>Invoice Review
