Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Create Consumption Advice program does not containing any log if any consigned release errors out and it also finishes with Success status.
Users have to navigate to the Material Transactions form, to the Consumption Transactions tab, to see any transaction in error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It is expected that the program status will be at least Warning and that there will be some details of the error record in the concurrent request log.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit the "Create consumption advise" program
2. See no information on any error of the processed records
3. Find there were transactions in error in the Material Transactions form
BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to the lack of error details on the concurrent requests, payment to suppliers is delayed until users notice the errors and work to fix them.
Since not all users have access to the Material Transactions form to review the consigned transactions in error the troubleshooting is not started until late.
