ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

DFF(Descriptive Flexfield) of Asset Category is not showing value for any segment through the Asset Workbench Details form even if it is shown in the database

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

DFF Values should be visible through Asset Workbench

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Insert DFF Values directly into table using Oracle Assets Description API.

2. Query the Asset through Asset Workbench. Click on Open and View Category DFF.
