Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Workflow, Workflow Diagram related issues

 

 

 

 

When upgrading to 12.1.3 using Java Web Start (JWS), the "View Diagram" button doesn't fetch anything in the upgraded system.

The Workflow Diagram doesn't render anything, and there are no user errors received.




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login with Workflow Administrator Web Application responsibility and use the following navigation
   Administrator Workflow -> Status Monitor

2. Confirm the Workflow Diagram doesn't render.
