Users report the Network Tests fail to complete successfully as some field values are not displayed.

For example when running the Network Test in Form FNDPMNET.fmb Displays on a client machine, in the Result section for Bandwidth Results- Database - Avg & Max it shows value '############'.

It appears the numeric format mask is too small for the field value, causing hashtag symbols # to be displayed.
